We’re proud to offer a variety of product ‘bundles’ across all of the countries we serve, to give our customers simple and affordable options that match their needs.

With cutting edge technologies like Fiber to the Home, and 4G LTE, we’re continually investing, innovating, and empowering by being a service provider our customers can depend on.          

 

Broadband

We’re dedicated to helping our customers connect, explore, and create. By investing in building and establishing the most modern network in the region, we are able to deliver innovative, high-quality broadband-enabled products and services across the region.

In Barbados for example, we’ve rolled out Fiber to 100% of homes across the island. Our customers can now enjoy superfast speeds of up to 1Gbps with affordable packages through our consumer brand Flow. This means they can use the fastest broadband to enhance how they learn, work and play – either at home or ‘on the go’.

In the rest of the Caribbean, we have invested in several technologies to help our customers connect more.  We help keep multi-device family homes running like clockwork. We help working adults remotely access their home or business networks. And we support young leaders to access learning and education materials online. Truly connecting communities and transforming lives.

With networks built on Fiber to the Home, Hybrid Fiber Coax and copper technologies, our footprint now extends to 1.9 million homes and we continue to grow. In 2017, we passed or upgraded 254,000 additional homes across the region.

 

TV

Our investment also extends to ensuring that our customers can access the best content and user experience on cable television. With the added value of video on demand, and on the go access through our various apps, our customers have access to thousands of movies, sports, and other video content, including kids programming, documentaries, and box sets, at the touch of a button.

With Flow ToGo in the Caribbean and +ToGo in Panama, our TV customers are able to access an ever-increasing number of channels anywhere they have a broadband connection - in and out of the home, and on multiple devices, including their phone or tablet.

We’re especially proud to be the home of sports in the Caribbean via our channels Flow Sports 1, Flow Sports 2, and Flow Sports Premier League, which are the Caribbean’s leading sports networks, available in more than 400,000 homes and growing. We’ve teamed up with international organizations like the Premier League, Ten Cricket, IPL and NFL to showcase stellar sports content across the region. Add into the mix a range of top local and regional sporting action, including CARIFTA and Concacaf, with a host of local sporting events, and you’ve got all the premium content a sports fan could want.  

And we’re not just investing in content. Flow Evo – our next generation TV user interface – has been rolled out across all of our Caribbean markets. It brings with it an enhanced search function, plus the ability to watch set-top box recordings on the go using Flow ToGo, powered by cloud technology. So our customers can watch what they want, where they want, whenever they want. 

 

Home phone

As we’ve grown, we continue to upgrade, innovate, and invest in new technologies that allow us to give our customers an even better home phone service, like crystal clear calling. That way we can keep our home phone customers connected to a landline service they can depend on.
