Flow ‘Working for You’
Company embarks on a major customer experience initiative to boost network and service reliability
WILLEMSTAD, Curaçao (May 5, 2021) - Flow/UTS has launched a national effort that will see technicians going from neighbourhood to neighbourhood to provide households with enhanced connections and greater overall reliability.
The campaign, ‘Working For You’, is part of the company’s wider commitment to deploying the most reliable network and providing world-class customer service across the island of Curaçao.
“We recognize that over the past few months some customers have experienced issues with the quality and delivery of our services. That is not what we stand for and we know we can do better for our customers. As such, we are launching a revitalized campaign and several tangible initiatives that will ensure our customers have reliable access to their digital world through our fixed-line and mobile offerings,” said Danny Macaya, Country Manager, Flow Curaçao.
“This starts with a significant investment to rapidly deploy our technicians island-wide to rectify any connectivity issues in the shortest possible timeframe. We are ‘Working For You’ and our commitment to the people of Curaçao has never been stronger.”
To jumpstart this effort, technicians have been visiting neighborhoods over the past two weeks to perform network maintenance and address any technical difficulties customers may have been experiencing. This was a combination of proactive outreach to customers whose neighbourhood was being visited and addressing concerns for those customers that had previously contacted the company.
“We’ve been closely monitoring and reviewing every aspect of our network and there is room for improvement in certain areas across the island. Where we find shortcomings, we are taking concrete actions and assigning our technicians to rapidly make all necessary adjustments and improvements for our customers on the spot. Our number one priority for today and beyond is to provide our customers with a more reliable and stable network they can trust,” added Macaya.
Technicians have already visited areas such as Janwe, St. Michiel, Jan Doret, Curasol, Seru Fortuna, Fortuna, Fortuna Abou, Kanga, Stenen Koraal and part of Muizenberg, while more neighbourhoods are expected to be covered in the coming weeks.
